GlobFone is a completely FREE service that allows you to call or text your family and friends around the world. All you need to do is to dial the number. You don’t need to pay, register or install anything 
– it's EASY and SAFE. 

Remember to check before you call if you have a microphone and headphones or speakers plugged into your computer. Also, check your system volume of your audio equipment.

To call from the Globfone enter destination number i.e. +33 1 22334455 using computer keyboard or telephone pad. Then press the Green Handset Button.

If your browser will ask you for permission to use the microphone you need to click "Allow". A new window appears asking you to fill RE-CAPTCHA - protection against malware and fraud. Fill out the Captcha, rewrite the text from the frame and press Enter. After successful completion Globfone will start to dial and you will see time information about remaining call time.

To end a call click the Red Handset Buttom on the Globfone. The "Thank you window" appears for 20 sec.

To send the message, type the destination number on which you want us to send a message. Then type your message in the larger Text Area and click "Send". Are text messages sent from globfone.com the same as traditional text messages from mobile phones ?

In some cases, the text messages sent from Globfone will be of different type that we call “SMS Lite”. They will be displayed on the mobile phone screen but won’t be copied to the memory of the handset. ATTENTION: Some GSM handsets will not play incoming message sound for these messages!

A message sent by me was never delivered to the recipient. Why ?

This can happen for several reasons. Not every mobile phone can receive text messages. Text messages may also be left undelivered or delayed for some time for many reasons, which we cannot control or influence. Sometimes, it's about technical difficulties on the provider's side. If your message is very important to you, we recommend calling the person you wish to contact or leaving a voice message for them instead of texting. Please do not contact us to inform that your message was not received. Always check twice that the number you entered is correct, and has the correct format.

I received a threating message via globfone.com. What should I do ?

Please check if one of your friends isn’t playing a prank on you. If the messages are serious, you should contact us and we'll work it out with you directly. We can put your number into our blacklist. It will block your number for our services so no one can send messages or call you via our site.
